Gloria has over 20 years of accounting and financial reporting experience in the midstream and upstream sectors. Gloria spent 17 years with El Paso Corporation and EP Energy Corporation where she held various roles, the last 7 years of which were overseeing EP Energy’s initial public offering and leading the Company’s public reporting efforts. More recently, Gloria was the Manager of financial reporting at Riviera Resources, Inc. Gloria holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
Dennis has over 25 years of technical experience, having held multiple engineering roles at Encana and EP Energy as well as technical roles at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies. His breadth of oil and gas experience spans reservoir engineering, drilling engineering, facilities engineering, and gas midstream. At H2O Midstream, Dennis leads design, project management, and all engineering functions related to disposal wells, storage, and other surface facilities. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
Yasin has 23 years of project management, engineering, and technical experience, including design, procurement, hydraulic modeling, and planning for pipeline, facilities, and engineering projects. He previously held roles at TRC (Wilbros) Pipeline Services, STV, and Enbridge. At H2O Midstream, Yasin leads design, project management and all engineering functions related to pipelines as well as business development support. Yasin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Matt is a former equity research associate from SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Credit Suisse where he was responsible for evaluating the midstream oil & gas sector and managing relationships between company management and equity investors. As Director of Business Development at H2O Midstream, Matt is responsible for assessing market opportunities, managing business development relationships, and overseeing trucking operations. Matt holds a law degree and B.S. in Finance from the University of Alabama.
