Why H2O Midstream?
H2O Midstream is a premier water midstream company serving oil and gas operators in the Permian Basin. Led by a team of industry veterans with over 250 years of combined experience in upstream, midstream, trading, and environmental management, we bring sustainable water solutions to our E&P customers by providing gathering, transportation, recycling, storage, and disposal services under short and long-term, fee-based agreements. Our services provide our customers with best-in-class reliability while leveraging our scale to improve capital efficiency, lower operating costs, minimize carbon emissions, and reduce the use of fresh water withdrawn from underground aquifers.
We are currently the largest pure play water midstream company in the Midland Basin and operate an integrated network, comprised of more than 250 miles of buried pipe, more than 3.75 million barrels of owned and third-party storage, 100,000 barrels per day of recycling infrastructure, and access to over 750,000 barrels per day of owned and third-party disposal capacity across a 300 square mile footprint. The reach and scale of our network is critical to our ability to provide the reliability, flexibility, and optionality necessary to balance capital efficiency, cost optimization, reliability, and environmental stewardship.
We provide a full gamut of water management solutions to our customers under a variety of midstream commercial structures and are actively growing our asset base across the Permian Basin. H2O Midstream leads its peers with a proven record of reliable, safe, and environmentally sound operations:
- We have achieved industry leading customer uptime of 100% over the past 3.5 years and lifetime uptime of 99.9%.
- We were recognized by the Texas Railroad Commission for having the highest inspection compliance rate among our peer group.
- We have achieved produced water reuse rates of >50% for our customers, and are working proactively to increase recycling utilization to 100% through the use of our integrated supply, treatment, and re-delivery network.
- We have helped our customers avoid over 100,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions by eliminating over 1.3 million truckloads of produced water since inception.
